Happy Hugs

We have had a busy week learning all about “Hibernation”, the sense of “Hearing”, and “Healthy Foods”.

Some of our favorite books have been: The Hat by Jan Brett, How Do You Hug a Porcupine? by Lauri Isop, and          “I Hear a Pickle” by Rachel Isadora.

We designed a poster about all the different animals that hibernate, made a bear cave, and played with horses in a stable.

We are working on increasing our independent reading time, counting backwards, and sequencing by size. We have added musical instruments and ribbons to our music time during Morning Meeting. The expressions on the children’s faces says it all!
